Allercet Tablet is an antihistamine. Allercet Tablet is used to treat symptoms of common allergies such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy throat, itchy/watery eyes, and skin rash. Allercet Tablet works by preventing the activity of a chemical compound that causes allergic symptoms and so gives allergy relief.

Usage instructions-

• Use the Allercet Tablet as directed by your doctor’s instructions. With food or without, you can take the Allercet Tablet.

How it works-

Cetirizine (anti-histamine) is included in Allercet Tablet and is used to treat allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger known as 'histamine,' which is normally implicated in allergic responses.

Pregnancy

Allercet Tablet should only be used if your doctor recommended it during pregnancy. Before taking it, consult your doctor.

Breastfeeding

Allercet Tablet should only be used in breastfeeding if your doctor prescribed it because it may pass through breast milk.

Alcohol

It may cause excessive drowsiness to take alcohol with an Allercet Tablet.

Driving

Allercet Tablet may impair your alertness, impair your eyesight, or make you drowsy and dizzy. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive.

Kidney

Allercet Tablet is not recommended for kidney patients. Consult your doctor for more details.

Liver

Allercet Tablet should be administered with caution to patients with liver issues. Dose adjustments may be necessary. Please consult your doctor.
