A combination drug called Anaflam TH 4 Tablet is used to treat pain and inflammation brought on by conditions including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and discomfort in the muscles, bones, and joints. The nervous system may cause discomfort in the body by creating a sensation called pain. A muscle spasm is an abrupt, uncontrollable contraction of a muscle, which can be unpleasant and painful.

How it works-

The Anaflam TH 4 Tablet combines two painkillers (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol) with a muscle relaxant (Thiocolchicoside). To reduce muscular stiffness or spasm and enhance muscle action, a muscle relaxant acts on brain and spinal cord centres. The way that painkiller function is by preventing the brain's chemical messengers from causing pain and inflammation.
