How it works-
The Atorec CV 10 Capsule contains two active drugs Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel that help to prevent heart attacks and strokes. The first drug is Atorvastatin, which is a cholesterol-lowering drug. It works by blocking an enzyme in the body that is necessary for the production of cholesterol. This lowers LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol), triglycerides, and raises HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol). The second drug Clopidogrel is the active drug that helps to prevent blood clots. Cardiovascular System (CVS) is a medicine that helps to prevent strokes and heart attacks. CVS is a type of anti-platelet medicine. It works by blocking the enzymes that make platelets stick together and helps to prevent the formation of dangerous blood clots.

A combination drug called Atorec CV 10 Capsule is used to stop heart attacks. It contains atorvastatin, which reduces blood levels of "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and raises levels of "good" cholesterol (HDL). Your blood arteries may constrict as a result of high cholesterol levels (atherosclerosis). Lowering your cholesterol lowers your risk of developing heart disease and prolongs your lifespan. In addition, it also includes the blood thinner Clopidogrel, which both prevents new blood clots from forming and shrinks existing ones.
