Betnovate-GM Cream is a multi-drug treatment for various types of skin infections. It reduces symptoms of inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching. Additionally, it has antimicrobial qualities that protect against bacteria that cause infections.

Betnovate-GM Cream should only be used externally and only as directed by your doctor. Apply a sparing amount of the medication with clean, dry hands only to the skin’s afflicted areas.

Before taking Betnovate-GM Cream, inform your doctor if you are taking other medications for the same or other diseases. Women who are pregnant or nursing should use this medication with caution and care. Do not use this medicine if you are known to be allergic to the medication.

How It Works

Betnovate-GM Cream contains three medicines, including betamethasone, gentamicin, and miconazole which helps treat skin infections. Betamethasone is a steroid that inhibits the production of chemical messengers that cause the skin to become red, swollen, and itchy. Gentamicin is an antibiotic that inhibits bacterial growth, whereas Miconazole is an antifungal that inhibits fungi growth on the skin. They work well together to treat your skin infection.
