Donica SR Capsule belongs to the class of pain relievers known as NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs), which are used to treat symptoms of osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and rheumatoid arthritis such as stiffness, swelling, and joint pain. Donica SR Capsule is also used to treat acute gout, musculoskeletal pain, lower back pain, period discomfort, and pain after joint and bone surgery.

Usage instructions-

• The dose and duration of Donica SR Capsule should be taken as directed by your doctor. You can have this drug with food.

How it works-

Donica SR Capsule acts by inhibiting the operation of the enzymes cyclooxygenase-1 and 2, which prevents the formation of prostaglandins (chemical compounds responsible for pain and inflammation), resulting in decreased inflammatory responses and pain relief.

Safety information-

Pregnancy

Donica SR Capsule should be avoided during pregnancy. Although there have been few human research, animal studies have revealed some consequences on the growing baby.  Please consult your physician.

Breastfeeding

It is safe to breastfeed with Donica SR Capsule. According to human studies, the drug does not enter the breast milk in large amounts and is not harmful for the baby.

Alcohol

It is not safe to take alcohol with Donica SR Capsule.

Driving

Donica SR Capsule may impair your alertness, impair your eyesight, or make you drowsy and dizzy. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive.

Kidney

It is safe for people with kidney disease to take Donica SR Capsule. You don't need to change your dose.

Liver 

Donica SR Capsule should be administered with caution to patients with liver disease. Dose adjustments may be necessary. Please consult your doctor.
