Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR can be used alone or in combination with other diabetes medications. Taking it with meals reduces the chances of getting an upset stomach. This medicine may cause side effects such as headache, nausea, diarrhea, upset stomach, vomiting, and sore throat.

Before using Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR, women who are pregnant or nursing should consult their doctor. Try to avoid drinking too much alcohol during treatment with this medicine as it may increase your risk of low blood sugar. Usage Instructions

Take Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR as prescribed by your doctor. Make sure to swallow the whole tablet without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. You should take Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR with food. 

How It Works

Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR contains two diabetes medicines, metformin and teneligliptin. Metformin is an antidiabetic medication that works by decreasing glucose production in the liver, delaying glucose absorption from the intestines, and increasing insulin sensitivity in the body. Teneligliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor that works by increasing pancreatic insulin release and decreasing blood sugar-raising hormones. This lowers fasting and postmeal sugar levels. These drugs work together to improve blood sugar control.

DRIVING

It is unknown whether Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR alters the driving ability. Avoid driving if you notice any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.

PREGNANCY

Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR may not be safe to use during pregnancy as it may harm the unborn baby.

BREASTFEEDING

Dynaglipt-M Tablet SR is not safe to use during breastfeeding as it can enter the breast milk and cause harm to the baby.
