Encicarb 500Mg Injection is one of the anti-anemic drugs used to treat anaemia caused by iron deficiency. Patients with iron intolerance, chronic renal illness that is not dialysis dependent, or who require quick iron replenishment are more prone to this syndrome. Iron deficiency anaemia is characterised by a shortage of red blood cells required to deliver oxygen to various tissues in the body and is caused by an insufficient quantity of iron in the blood.

How it works-

Encicarb 500Mg Injection includes iron (III) hydroxide complexed with carboxymaltose, a carbohydrate polymer capable of releasing iron. The iron released by the complex aids in haemoglobin production and raises red blood cell count. As a result, it is used to treat iron deficient anaemia.
