How it works-

Gudpres AM 50 Tablet PR reduces high blood pressure by preventing the transport of calcium ions into both vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle, resulting in reduced blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels and boosting blood flow to the heart muscles. Metoprolol succinate reduces blood pressure by lowering the power of contraction of the heart muscles by suppressing the effects of specific hormones called adrenaline and causing the heart to beat more freely.
