Microcef O Tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is used to treat bacterial infections of the lungs (pneumonia), sinuses (sinusitis), bladder (cystitis), ear infections, and other areas. Bacterial infections are caused by the growth of dangerous bacteria within or on the body. Microcef O Tablet does not function against viral illnesses such as colds and flu. Using antibiotics when they aren't needed might cause them to stop working (generate antibiotic resistance) in the future.

Usage instructions-

• Microcef O Tablet is used as directed by your doctor’s instructions. With food or without, you can take a Microcef O Tablet. Take it at a fixed time.

How it works-

Microcef O Tablet contains two antibiotics: Cefpodoxime Proxetil and Ofloxacin. Cefpodoxime Proxetil works by blocking the production of the bacterial protective layer, which is required for bacterium survival in the human body. Ofloxacin works by inhibiting germs from multiplying and rebuilding themselves. They work well together to prevent bacterial infections.

Microcef O Tablet is probably not recommended for breastfeeding mothers drugs may pass through the breast milk. Please consult your doctor before taking it.

Alcohol

It is not safe to take alcohol with Microcef O Tablet.

Driving

Microcef O Tablet may impair your alertness, impair your eyesight, or make you drowsy and dizzy. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive.

Kidney

Microcef O Tablet should be administered with caution to patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustments may be necessary. Please consult your doctor.
