Moxisurge L Ophthalmic Suspension is a drug of the 'Antibiotics and Corticosteroids' class that is used to treat bacterial eye infections or eye pain. Moxisurge L Ophthalmic Suspension also works in people who've had eye surgery. Moxisurge L Ophthalmic Suspension treats eye inflammation caused by allergies, shingles, severe acne, iritis (inflammation of the coloured section of the eye (iris)), uveitis (inflammation of the central layer of the eye (uvea)), eye damage, radiation, and chemical burns. Bacterial eye infections arise when bacteria infiltrate any region of the eyeball or its surrounding tissues, such as the cornea (clear front surface of the eye) and the conjunctiva (thin membrane bordering the outer eye and inner eyelids). Moxisurge L Ophthalmic Suspension solely intended to prevent or treat bacterial eye infections.
