Pantocid Tablet is a medicine that lowers the amount of acid produced in the stomach. It helps treat stomach and intestine acid-related diseases such as acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, heartburn, and some other stomach conditions related to excessive acid production.
Pantocid Tablet also helps prevent stomach ulcers and acidity caused by long-term painkiller use. It belongs to a drug class called proton pump inhibitors. Take Pantocid Tablet one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning.
The common side effects of this medicine include dizziness, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, headache, and flatulence. If these symptoms bother you, consult your doctor. Avoid using this medicine for the long term as it may lead to an increased risk of side effects.

DRIVING
Pantocid Tablet may cause dizziness, drowsiness, or blurred vision in some people. If you notice these symptoms, do not drive or operate heavy machinery until you feel better.
PREGNANCY
Pantocid Tablet may be dangerous to use during pregnancy. Few studies have revealed harmful effects on the unborn baby.
BREASTFEEDING
Pantocid Tablet passes through the breast milk. However, no risk has been identified. Please consult your doctor before taking Pantocid Tablet.
