The medicine Snapit 85mg/500mg Tablet is a member of the group of medications known as "antimigraine agents," which are used to stop migraine symptoms including headache, nausea, and vomiting. A neurological illness called migraine is characterised by a severe, incapacitating headache that generally affects one side of the head but can move or occur on either side. Migraines can be brought on by hormonal fluctuations, stress, strong light, loud sounds, and certain meals and beverages.
Usage instructions-
Read the pack carefully and use as directed by your doctor.
How it works-
The migraine medication combination Snapit 85mg/500mg Tablet contains both naproxen and sumatriptan. Sumatriptan, a selective 5HT1-receptor, reduces headaches by tightening the blood vessels in the head that have dilated. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication (NSAID) that decreases migraine-related pain and inflammation by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers.

- Sumatriptan and naproxen are the two medications included in Snapit 85mg/500mg Tablet.
- The immediate treatment of migraine, with or without aura, is recommended for use with Snapit 85mg/500mg Tablet.
- A serotonin receptor agonist, sumatriptan causes the brain's blood vessels to constrict by acting on serotonin (5-HT) receptors, changing the pattern of blood flow that causes headaches.
- The painkiller naproxen acts by inhibiting the production of prostaglandin-producing cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes, which are chemical messengers.
- Less prostaglandins are created as a result of the COX enzyme's impact being blocked, which lessens migraine discomfort.
- Dry mouth
