How It Works
Solvin Tablet contains two medicines, including chlorpheniramine maleate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide, which helps relieve dry cough. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic medication that works by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger called histamine. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide works as a cough suppressant that helps relieve cough by decreasing cough center activity in the brain.
