Sompraz 40 Tablet is a medication that decreases the amount of acid produced in your stomach. It helps treat peptic ulcer disease, acid reflux, and other issues in your food pipe. It also helps prevent and treat stomach ulcers.
Take Sompraz 40 Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. It is usually taken without food. This medicine may cause side effects such as constipation, headache, stomach pain, diarrhea, and feeling or being sick. These are usually mild but make sure to consult your doctor if they bother you.
Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you have severe liver problems, are taking HIV medications, have previously experienced an allergic reaction to similar medications, or have osteoporosis. Alcohol has no effect on how Sompraz 40 Tablet works. However, drinking alcohol causes your stomach to produce more acid than usual. This medication may make you dizzy, and sleepy, or impair your vision. If this occurs, do not drive, cycle, or use machinery or tools until you feel better. It is not usually suggested during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Usage Instructions
Take Sompraz 40 Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. Make sure to swallow the whole tablet without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. You may take Sompraz 40 Tablet with or without food at a fixed time.
