It's mainly used to treat a condition called 'Benign Prostate Hypertension'. BPH is when the prostate gland grows too much. How it works-

Tamlet 2 Capsule ER is a mixture of two medicines, tamlitolosin and tamlitolodine. Tamsitolosin is a beta-blocker, while tamlitolodine is a beta-blocking anti-muscarinogen. Tamlitolosin works by relaxing the muscles around the urinary bladder exit and the prostate gland, making it easier for urine to pass. This helps to reduce the frequency, urgency, and severity of urination.
