The body uses a cough, whether it is productive or dry, to remove irritants from the airways and guard against infection. Dry cough and chesty cough are the two different kinds of cough. A chesty cough implies mucus or sputum is created to help clear your airways, whereas a dry cough is tickly and does not produce any noxious or thick mucus.

How it works-

Three medications phenylephrine, chlorpheniramine maleate, and dextromethorphan hydrobromide are combined in Torex Junior Drops to treat dry cough. By constricting the tiny blood vessels, the decongestant phenylephrine reduces nasal congestion or stuffiness. As an antiallergen, chlorpheniramine maleate calms allergy symptoms like congested nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. A cough suppressant called dextromethorphan hydrobromide stops coughing by lessening the activity of the cough region in the brain.
