Triglow Cream is a skin-care cream that is primarily used to cure melasma (a dark brown area of skin). Melasma, also known as chloasma or pregnancy mask, is a common skin disorder characterized by brown areas on the face. The incidence of discolouration is higher in females than in males. How it works-

Triglow Cream is a mixture of three medications that treat melasma (dark patches on the skin): Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, and Fluocinolone acetonide. Hydroquinone is a skin-whitening medication. It decreases the quantity of a skin pigment (melanin) that causes skin darkening. Tretinoin is a vitamin A derivative that promotes quicker skin rejuvenation. Fluocinolone acetonide is a steroid that suppresses the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins), which cause redness, puffiness, and itching of the skin.
