This gives the impression that you are moving or that your environment is moving. Cinnarizine, a calcium antagonist, and dimenhydrinate, an antihistamine, are both included in Vertizac Tablet. Cinnarizine stops the blood arteries in the ear from constricting, which enhances blood flow to the ear. By inhibiting the function of the chemical messenger histamine, dimenhydrinate prevents the loss of equilibrium. Together, Vertizac Tablet aids in easing vertigo symptoms.
